Blew my calories last night due to unexpected event and me falling back on a standby meal (Domino's). I would have been OK with one or two slices but I was really hungry for some reason and ate 5 sticks of the cheesy bread on the way back from the store.

I do the same thing, something happens and I eat... pizza is a favorite. It's to bad there isn't some other substitute that is better for us!

What I have been doing is trying to make up the extra calories in exercise for the week. I ate way too much on Tuesday so tomorrow I will be doing a 45 minute spin class AND 1 hour on the eliptical and doing the same thing on Saturday as well. I usually do one or other. I like exercising but this much is kind of like punishment or just the "consequence" of eating too much.
