Oh man I was so happy to see that part of a pound gone this morning!! It may not have been a whole pound, but it is a whole new number!! I was really starting to get frustrated with the plateau, even if it was just for a few days. I guess that is the reason they tell you not to weigh in everyday, but how could I not?

Now onward with today. Have a lot of goals for today! I want to do my biggest loser for wii and get in my mile for today's challenge to start off.

The only thing I don't like about this site is that there aren't a whole lot of selections, and if you don't know how many kcal you burned, you can't really add anything in. Oh well, it's better than nothing!
205.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad to see the scale is moving for you.. Remember every little change down counts. It is way better than seeing the number go up. I don't weigh in until thursday and I am nervous and excited to get on the scale because I KNOW I have been making better choices. Have a good day
