Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 30 January 2014

Well I ended up over calories yesterday but not terribly so. Not beating myself up over it bc I still had a negative net calories for the day. Today I am nervous bc we have a lunch for work with a bunch of employees and the food is soo good and sooo bad for you! They have no salads on the menu other than side salads. So already trying to plan my options.

Good Luck! I hope that you can find a healthy option and if not at least enjoy the food. Maybe do an extra workout to compensate.

Grab or bring a small plate and take small amounts of a few of the "healthier" things. That way you don't feel deprived, but didn't overdo it either. :) Good luck!
