Just starting new approach - allotting 200 cal for each meal and 400 additional (cream, snacks, bigger meals) - tracking 50 k bundles and tracking with daily "counter" apps.
227.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
