I had to record my weight today as I felt it was only fair to me because I'm changing diets. After reviewing my food diary, I think I eat way too many carbs, even thought they are good carbs. It's time for a change and a clense so here I am on Phase I of th South Beach Diet!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 January 2011:
1206 kcal Fat: 43.56g | Prot: 135.55g | Carb: 72.86g.   Breakfast: egg , egg white, spinach, red bell pepper, olive oil, Buffalo Strip Loin Steak. Lunch: romaine lettuce, tomato, Turkey Breast, Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese, Fit & Active Italian Salad Dressing, siggi's yogurt orange ginger. Dinner: Buffalo Strip Loin Steak, steamfresh green beans, EXTRA SHARP CHEDDAR W/ 2% MILK. Snacks/Other: Breakstones Cottage cheese, Low sodium V8, sabra hummus, bell pepper. more...
