Most people have gains at some time. There are many different reasons for them from too much sodium, exercise, hormones, etc. If you overeat one day, the scale may be up the next. Just keep going. When you get to goal, you won't even remember the gain. If you are not tracking your food, you might want to start. You can gain on low carb if you take in more than you burn off. It also allows you to see what kinds of foods your eating. You are off to a great start.

No worries .. Do cleanse your system often. This means drink more water than you think you can :-).. This would help in enhancing the weight loss rate. By the way you still look Great :-)

I'm not sure if you are not entering all of your food for the day. But you should think about eating more. Your weight loss will stall if you do not eat enough. Your body starts to hold on to everything it can, because it thinks you are starving. Your metabolism will slow down to adjust to the fact that you are not eating enough. I would shot for 1,500 calories. You will get there!

What I learned about water intale. Take your weight divided by 2 and the answer is the number of 8oz glasses you need. Example 220 / 2 = 11 glasses.

I know how you feel. I really let myself go this week with all the moving and stuff I've been doing. Stick in there, we'll get this going.

Thanks to everybody for sharing the ideas!! I think all of you could be partly right - need to increase water consumption and see if I eat enough, esp. when training! Good luck to all of us!
