recovering from Heart Cath. need to wait a few more days until I can start on treadmill. still having angina attacks but minor compared to before surgury. sleeping better.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
