22again's Journal, 27 January 2014

Ate fewer meals last week while traveling in Baltimore for LEED. Ate heavy Fri and on Sat, starting this past Sunday, Tony and I are are healthy eating, lower carb, no beer diet. Going to work out now. 11:20 am.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
