Lost Nearly 3 lbs. this week by drinking water instead of sodas in the NO
COKE Challenge. I need to start to work out before work, to avoid trouble with falling asleep and straining my back.
253.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
