I'm very happy with how my weight loss is going. I think I could do even better if I could just stop snacking. I'm still craving sugars and carbs. It's been slow but steady which is best I suppose. I've noticed if I'm more active my leg doesn't bother me as much so I'm going to try to get more exercise despite the fidget weather. I want to take it slow so that I don't damage my knee again like I did before. Well here is hoping.
