I have had a really busy weekend working both jobs everyday, but i actually was able to make it to the gym this morning. I just did a brisk walk on the treadmill for about 30 minutes. I tried running but I'm really sore and I just feel like I'm all over the place when I'm sore like that. Not sure if there are any tricks to make it a little easier? :D lol but doing REALLY well with my diet so far, need to figure out new recipes and better ways to integrate fruit and cut more carbs from my diet. Hoping I feel up for a workout tonight after work. :D
199.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
