Ate too much junk last night. PMS and major depression after husband laid off yesterday.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for your trouble, MMDuff10. Under the circumstances, a bit of junk food surely has to be permitted. Stay strong though. It'll help both of you deal with things better. And good luck.
