Still no soda, drinking water alot! Writing down everything I eat for the most part.
299.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1500 kcal Fat: 49.37g | Prot: 71.61g | Carb: 198.57g.   Breakfast: Kroger Carbmaster Banana Cream Pie, any Banana small 6"-7". Lunch: Great Lakes Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Van de Kamp's Wheat Hamburger Buns, Land O' Frost Black Forest Ham, Pears. Dinner: Baked Potato Stuffed with Cheese (Peel Eaten), Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls, Harris Ranch Beef Tri Tip Seasoned Sirloin Au Jus. Snacks/Other: Starbucks Refreshers Strawberry Lemonade, Water (Bottled). more...
