GOAL: Less than 120 lbs. by Sat., Feb. 14
DIET: Not on any right now. Just eating healthy at lunches, but dinners are a write-off.

Well, I'm holding my weight steady. Not too happy about, but really glad that I'm not putting on weight.

Jan. 20: Step Class for 45 minutes
Jan. 23: Total Body Conditioning for 45 minutes
- thought it would be a useless class
- actually challenging
- was sore after the class
122.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Do you mean NO dinners? Not sure you're following South Beach based on what youre describing. Best wishes though.

I just looked at your past two days menu. That isnt South Beach, maybe it's your own custom diet? So most of us on South Beach cant really offer any tips or help. Good luck in doing what you're setting out to do though.
