My period is kicking my @$$!! I'm SOOO bloated and even though I'm not eating horribly and am burning more calories that I eat, I'm GAINING weight! I know it will probably go away when I'm done with my period but I hate feeling this way! Yesterday I was too crampy to work out, so now I have to do 30 day shred on my rest day in order to finish on time. :(
I have a friend coming back to town at the end of Jan, and I have no illusions of looking like a hot model by the time he comes back, but I would like to feel good about the way I look when I go to lunch with him. I know we'll still be friends if I look like crap, but still...
