I'm too afraid to weigh in. Two days ago I bought a new pair of jeans, and I had gone up a size. This is very concerning. So that same day I bought a kettlebell. Now I can't use being stuck at home as an excuse (workout tapes do not work for me). I've also decided to ensure that I drink at least 4 litres of water per day. And I am going to measure my food again. That is the hardest part of all this, but it needs to be done. Wedding is in less than 5 months, which means I need to be fitted in 4 months. I have to at least get back to where I was in August, when my dress fit me perfectly.
