Picked up The Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD today at Walmart. Hate being stuck in and unable to get to the gym (and Mom is not feeling great today)...so now I have something I can do at home. Hopefully I won't get too bored with it...but I'll let you guys know how it goes. Later.

You know, that's one section I wish this site had....reviews! Reviews on exercise videos, reviews on exercise equipment, reviews on specific food products (by diet, of course), etc.

Sandy - I LOVE that idea...send it to the administrators of the site...and see if they will look into it! Ok - this was fun! It has 4 individual miles...2 on the mild side and 2 with more of a push to them. (light hand weights and a weighted ball used.) But you don't have to use them if you don't have them. All while moving right in my living room! It really was fun! They have a Power Sculpt and a Book Camp one that looked interesting...and a Yoga one, but that's not my speed really. I think tomorrow I will start w/ the 4th one, then do 1 and 2. Then the next time after that start w/ the 3rd one, and do 4 and 1. Etc...and keep rotating them. $9 bucks...it was worth it in my opinion. Will definitely work you out on a day you can't get out and walk or go to the gym. (that's my official review!) LOL!

Paula, I do Walk at Home exercising with Leslie Sansone and I love it. I have 4 of her DVD's to do inside as it is too dangerous to walk on our roads. People think it is a race track. Not funny when you are on a horse and they blast by you, considering the legal speed limit past a horse is only 5 miles per hour. I hope too you don't get bored with it. Hope mom isn't getting this crudd that is going around. Hope you had a good day and talk soon.:)

Thanks Paula and Laura. I have been looking for a way to fit walking into my routine without agrivating my allergies. I love the Biggest loser stuff too so it is a perfect fit.

Hope the admin's go for a review section. I find myself always reading the reviews on all sorts of things. Reviews have kept us out of some b-a-a-d hotels during our moves, too!
