Well I have finally seen a loss. This was a tough one. I was at 171 the week before Christmas. Then the week of Christmas I saw 175 (UGHHHH!) Christmas Eve. Which really hit me hard. I worked out really hard and didn't eat bad. But what, I think happened was that I worked out and didn't eat enough. I really skipped meals that week. I think my metobolism shut down. This is just my little theory. So anyways I started to eat more and work out a little harder. So the next week I went back down to 171, which I was happy about, not estatic because I had seen this number before. Finallly, this week I get on the scale and see 167 yayyyy! Go Me!!!
