Well, way down on calories..way up on carbs this past weekend. Back to it today..(except for my few red vines) :-) Still haven't gained (well.07 lb. over xmas) but want to get back to losing!

I had the same problem. But, I started yesterday and today off great...with lots of protein. It's amazing how less hungry I am throughout the morning when I eat lots of protein for breakfast. Keep up the good work!

I really like the Chocolite shake mixes. My fave is bananna, which is wierd because I do not like bananna flavored things. I mix mine with soy milk because I need the soy in my diet but otherwise I would use skim mmilk. you can use water but..YUK. If you use milk and some ice and blend it real quick it makes a ice shake. Also, I buy Egglands Best hard boiled & peeled eggs. They are convenient and quick. You get about 8 or 10 in a package. Morningstar Farms makes sausage links and patties too that you can pop in the microwave and eat it with your hard boiled egg. I have that and add an ounce of sharp cheddar cheese and I'm good to go!

Once you start eating the carbs again, it is harder to give them up, almost as hard as when I first started the low carb thing. I still don't eat any bread, pasta, potatoes or rice, etc. My problem is the sweets..like I can't eat just a couple red vines..once I eat one.... I like ..ATTACK THE WHOLE BAG!!! So yesterday I took the bag out of my desk and made a co-worker take them. lol I bought my first box of Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp bars last week and they are VERY GOOD. So I don't bring the box to work with me. i Just bring one bar :-)

I'll have to try those Skinny Cow bars! I really love the 90cal Brownie's by Special K, those are good! And I might also try those Morning Star sausage links! I'm not big on hard boiled eggs but I guess I could scramble up and egg. And i've never heard of the Chocolite shake mixes, maybe i'll try those too! Thank you for the suggestions! I crave sandwiches really bad and pizza! I love both of them, probably why I got this way to be honest......i'm tyring to limit myself with them but some days, it is really hard!

I still eat pizza! I just eat the topping. You can eat a lot of that and still keep the carbs down. It was hilarious when I went to the Pizza Hut buffet with my son. You should have seen the look on the waiters face when he came to take away my plate piled high with pizza crusts. LOL

Also, you can get that Chocolite shake mix at a pretty good price on netrition.com. The shipping is 4.95 no matter what so I usually get a few bags at once and they also sell sugar free syrup..tons of flavors! You can add the syrup to your coffee as well as your shakes. A good brand is Torani

Great suggestions! LOL! I guess you're right pjeddvedd I could just eat the toppings! And I will look into those shakes!
