Nothing is more important than your health, and we only get one body in this life so we must do our part in trying to keep it as healthy as possible. So take it a day at a time. Each day try to plan your healthy meals along with doing some sort of exercise. Don't get frustrated on the days you slip and eat negative foods or skip exercise, but try to make sure your next meal is healthier and you set aside a little time to do some form of exercise. Most of all, be patient. Day by day, little by little, step by step...that's the road to good health.
