what up a little since the holidays. proud that I didn't gain so much weight back. but I am now back onto my road. for the most part I've cut out already me and I feel like I'm doing quite well.
248.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 135.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
