After a moderate workout this morning before work. I had a light breakfast, with some toast/milk/tea. I'm so hungry now. Hopefully I can make it till lunch without giving in.

Right there with ya pal. Just be sure that when its lunch time don't over indulge. I been drinking a lot of water when I get those pangs of hunger. Its might help.
