well its been two weeks or so and although i have been able to have my bircher muesli for brekkie and salad for lunch and dinner, i must admit the ice cream and other stuff after dinner is sabotaging my attempts. although i have not put on any weight i don't think i have lost any kilos yet a cm here and there. this week i shall try and work out different strategies for not eating at night after dinner. have just read the last entry and noticed the self talk, maybe i should try that too.
