So, epic fail in terms of my diet lately. I just can't seem to stay away from the bin candy, bagels, brownies, etc... so! Just got back from the gym and am beginning a detox today!! Aka LOTS of water, little food just for today, no bready things, no candy, etc. My hope is that this will get my good habits back and kind of kick out the old ones, because I have never weighed this much, ever, and it really sucks :(
