After fighting my weight down, I'm back down to where my regular weight was. Now to get that off, too. I can't wait. All the progress has been making me look forward to my exercising instead of dreading it. So proud.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
