Great week...this old WW dog CAN learn a few new tricks. Nicest surprise is that my salad strike is over... I really like the Tender Greens, Wishbone Tuscan Romano Basil, and parmesan combo. Also Nestle FF and calcium cocoa.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
