Treated myself to a sundae yesterday because I was below 200. Then felt bad because I used all those calories and points for it.It sure was good! Today I'll get back to it. My mom and sisters and I lost 11 pounds last week at our first weigh-in.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2009:
1425 kcal Fat: 38.48g | Prot: 36.25g | Carb: 235.52g.   Breakfast: special k cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), grapes. Lunch: fried shrimp, schwans pizza. Dinner: schwans fruit cup, vegetable beef soup, saltine crackers. Snacks/Other: grapes, grapefruit, Tortilla Chips (White Corn), sharp cheddar cheese, Gumdrops (Jelly Pieces) Candies. more...

Good for you! It's okay to treat yourself now and then. It can help keep you on track. That's what I use my 35 extra points on once and while. Great job!
