Treated myself to a sundae yesterday because I was below 200. Then felt bad because I used all those calories and points for it.It sure was good! Today I'll get back to it. My mom and sisters and I lost 11 pounds last week at our first weigh-in.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 January 2009:
1425 kcal Fat: 38.48g | Prot: 36.25g | Carb: 235.52g.   Breakfast: grapes, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), special k cereal. Lunch: schwans pizza, fried shrimp. Dinner: saltine crackers, vegetable beef soup, schwans fruit cup. Snacks/Other: Gumdrops (Jelly Pieces) Candies, sharp cheddar cheese, Tortilla Chips (White Corn), grapefruit, grapes. more...
