Poorly isnt really fair as a description. Let me just say that nothing is safe that is edible - its like a drug at the moment and has lasted a long time almost a month. Need to just settle down and get back into it. but as I write I am imagine butter toast and a big cup of tea - has anyone hit a wall for this length of time - where do you get the motivation to get back on the right track?

I read health and exercise books and magazines for inspiration. Plus, all the FS success stories are motivating! Try finding healthy foods that you really like and add them in to your meals. Soon, you won't have room for the unhealthy things! Good luck!

You might even want to try going back and re-reading some of your own journals from when you started out. Remembering the struggles you've already triumphed over helps put things in perspective and reminds you that you DO have it in you.
