Ugh I totally cheated bad on my diet today...I way over ate and now I feel like crap. I wish I knew how to handle cravings at night. I won't never eat like this again because now I feel like a person who is fresh off cigarettes and then they smoke and feel like crap after wards because they have to start all over again. Grrrrr!!
