It amazes me that I am feeling better with les food rather than contemplating killing people around me due to startvation. I mean, I can go Hannibal on some people when I am hungry, and that isn't happening right now. Logging definately makes an impact, would not have imagined it would matter so much, but seeing calories matters alot.
