Started the weight loss challenge at work yesterday. Weighed in at 200.5 lbs. After two months off from training, getting back in the saddle was tough over the last couple of days. Slow but coming along. The diet will be key this time around. Need to get the weight down by 3/31/11 then maintain the weight by 6/30/11. Goal: -20lbs by 3/31 and -30lbs by 6/30.
