Started Crossfit training level 1 on the 29th of December and am now following a whole foods diet for two weeks followed by a major liquid detox for 1 week
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
