Went to my first spinning class this morning!! So glad my friend convinced me to go. It was a great workout but definitely not as scary as I expected. My goal in the next few times I go is to keep up with the rest of the class (i.e. stay "up" when I am supposed to, etc.). My overall goal for the next few months is to lose some weight (hopefully 1/2 to 1 lb./week) and to get in shape for the upcoming eventing season. I want to be able to come off the cross country course without feeling like I want to die! I also would like to look good for the 4 weddings I have coming up between May-September (one of which I am the maid of honor). It has been too long since I had a gym routine and I am looking forward to getting back into one.
