Yesterday I skipped the gym...was dealing with a "mad" (mad at a situation but trying not to be) and was feeling overemotional. So I went to the grocery since I needed to get for dinner and made great choices (stuffed Portobello with ground sausage, green and yellow squash, onion, shredded parmesan) then watched videos all evening. Could have been a lot worse as I know I'm an emotional eater, mostly stress related.

Today is going to be a no-gym day unless I go late, which is an option really. I have to present to a bunch of our docs tonight so hopefully done by 8. The hard thing is that currently the work flow is realllllly slow until things catch up from another dept. So it'll be a long day.

I did pack breakfast and lunch so I set myself up for a decent day food wise hopefully. Can't wait til my pants fit again....ugh.
