Cheat day, which I was fine with. When I lived with my sister-in-law for six months, I became slim because we hate south beach phase 1 during the week. The I would go to my fiance's house on the weekends and eat whatever I wanted. The cheat weekends didn't seem to harm me.

However, I gained 4 pounds over yesterday and need to keep in mind that a cheat weekend can only be a cheat day. And a cheat day can only be cheating...not binging. No more popcorn or candy. Candy is killing me...I need to skip that altogether...even on cheat days.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
