Good morning all, I feel great today. I have been going strong with my new way of life, I have not been perfect, but I have done well, and I'm proud of that. I feel great. Yesterday I fell off the band wagon a little bit, I'm going through something at my job, was a little stress, so I stopped by a fast food restaurant and purchased 10 garlic buffalo wings, at least they were not cooked in batter, lol. They were good, but the great thing is, Its nothing that I'm craving all the time, so I ate them, now on with it. Today I'm up early on my way to the gym, I worked out for 1.5 hours yesterday, I think I will stay for at least two today. I'm trying to stay longer in the gym these days. Well not much to tell here, other than I feel great about where I am at this point. I refuse to weigh in, because in the past I have gotten disappointed and this is when I cheat the worse. So my thing is as long as I eat right, drink 3L of water a day, and exercise, then I am successful, I can pat myself on the back. Yesterday I did not drink 3L of water, but I will today. My coworkers tell me they can see a difference, so that makes me happy, and I can feel a difference around my waist line. I'm working on being consistent, that's my goal to be consistent.
