Well, I feel much better. Lost 1 lb. Exercising is making me feel much better. I have all my challenges done today and it's only 2pm. Maybe I'll do some more later today. Drinking nothing but water is really hard, but induction is only until Tuesday next week. Then maybe I'll try and add some diet pop (caffeine free of course) back in and see if it stalls me. FEELING GREAT!!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Go, Raych! See, it's moving again. I'm so excited for you that you checked in with yourself about other things (like meeting your mini-challenges) instead of being totally obsessed about the scale. Glad you are feeling good! I am going to CT for the weekend and was nervous about my diet, but I'll hit the store when we get there in the morning and buy "parallel" food for me to go alongside of my friends' weekend menu. I shouldn't worry, these are friends of nearly 3 decades, they will be supportive; I just need to make sure I'm not looking for an excuse to CHEAT. WEll....glad I got THAT out there and on the table. Now I can come back to this on Tuesday and be accountable about my weekend choices. Hoping you have a great one!
