So... just started the diet, we'll see how it really works. Already planning today out to try to do a better job of portion management. Need to get a little bit of exercise in tonight as well.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
