Well it is Sunday, and Sundays always seem to be a struggle for me. Usually I am off and at home with my family but today I am putting in some extra hours. I was hoping that would help but unfortunately I keep catching myself reach into my goodie bag. Atleast I packed some healthy goodies. I have also realized that I have to ditch the scale. I seem to be addicted to it, and watching it fluctuate is making me more frustrated than it is helping. I need some imput as to how often a person should weight themselves. Well hopefully the week is good. :)
