Weel, I am back into the swing of things and preparing myself to get in better shape and be healthier. I have not been doing anything for quite a while but now I am settled in my new job and I am able to get myself on a better schedule. I feel good that I am able to get me back in order and the best thing is I have not gained all the weight back. I still have a goal of being 150 pounds so I am going to work harder and get meself together. Through Christ who strengthens me.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
