Good morning to all my FS friends! Well, I have been working out...doing my boxing, muay thai, etc. I think I may work in some P90X into the mix...I gained almost all my weight back, which is frustrating...why can't I lose and keep it off for more than 6 months???? I need to take a new approach to this b/c I obviously have been doing it the wrong way...otherwise, I wouldn't be right back where I started. I have been eating well and will continue to be positive about my progress...no matter how small it may seem.
