Week 1 of T25. I'm sore. Its worth it and I'm really hoping next week is easier and I'm not so out of breath after each work out. :/ Excited For STATurday.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I do! This is my second round of SB. Its what works for me. I always stay on P2. P3 isn't ideal for me. If you have questions just ask away!
