omg, holidays and being off work really threw me off. I was not logging my eating or exercised and slacked off on exercise for a week (some valid reasons some not). Anyway, its a New Year and a new week ...BACK ON TRACK. I only gained 2 lbs back so .... things are not THAT BAD. Im ready to go!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
