Beginning of Day 9 on LCHF diet--lost water weight in the first few days, now weight static but lost the bloat and clothes a bit looser. Frozen wastelands outside are slowing my exercise routine and a bit of the LC flu during the transition to fat burning and ketosis causing some intermittent but immense fatigue---goal is to lose 22 more pounds in 30 days---than the balance over the next 60 days----

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 January 2014:
1865 kcal Fat: 161.08g | Prot: 95.07g | Carb: 9.91g.   Breakfast: Butter, Coconut Oil, Heavy Cream. Lunch: Cherry Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Ground Beef (Cooked). Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Bacon (Cured), Boiled Egg, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other: Pecan Nuts. more...
