This week has been great. Last week I was really sick and could not do much. I did workout last week for two days but my cold got the better of me for the rest of the week. Though this week I feel great and worked out extra hard these last two days. I am really excited to get to the gym today. My goal for this week is getting to 139 (I am only a pound a way). I have been 140 to 142 for the entire holiday season. Now I am physically and mentally ready to hit into the 130s. I hope to accomplish this by friday because it is my b-day. This would be a great present to myself for my b-day. I also wanted to note that I am wearing my size nine tight jeans. It took a little doing to get them on but they fit. Yesterday I tried on some of my little shorts that are a size 7 and I am not to far off from wearing them in the summer. I think about 10 more lbs they will fit very comfortably and loose. Awesome! You'll hit 130's in no time. Then what's next...the 120's by the summer? I can definitely see you at 120. You can do it buddy!
