Getting through the holidays, visiting friends and having company was difficult. Trying not to eat the "sweets" and in general just too much food. However, over all I only gained a few pounds, so now I am determined to get back on track again.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
