Well, it's a new year. The holidays really got me eating.... At least being sick last week got me back under 190. 190!! Holy moly. I need to do something, and quick. I have let myself down so many times that I don't have a lot of faith in myself. I'm going to try starting with smaller things. Maybe not tracking every day but trying to introduce some more healthier snacks in. Start there. Drink some water daily (I usually only drink coffee). I have to do something to prove to myself that I actually can do something.
