Well I am back!!!! I am so happy to be back after gaining 10 pounds during the holidays I feel that this step is way overdue. I am starting today my strickt diet and I am restricting all sugars and starches. I will try to incorporate some exercise eve if it is freesing outside. I don't know how am I going to do this but T O D A Y is the day!!!!1/6/2014.
