Kind of frustrated. I feel like I've been exercising a lot and watching my diet, and the scale is not showing it. It makes me nervous as I don't really know what else I can do, with moderation, if this doesn't work. Well, time to drink another glass of water and hope that the results start to show.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

You may be gaining some muscle mass as muscle weighs more than fat! Good luck and don't be nervous yet.
