Frustrated with my self. Can't seem to get my eating under control in the afternoon and late evening. Craving sweets and high starch (potatoes) late.. have to find a better way and stop snacking on the junk food. Need a better way to control the cravings..

I FEEL YOUR PAIN, Gypsy!!! ( along with your frustration!) I am struggling with actually taking the effort to dig through my stress without the use of a fork!) Today is a new day...i will try again!
